چکیده
This paper presents a robust H ? polytopic Linear Parameter Varying (LPV) controller to regulate the blood glucose level in type-1 diabetes patients. The suggested approach utilizes an observer-based and inexact gain-scheduling scheme construct stabilizing injecting insulin resilient against external meal snack disturbance Silico. To assure closed-loop stability prescribed performance, Quadratic Lyapunov Function (QLF) is used stabilization conditions are derived terms of Matrix Inequalities (LMIs). conventional minimal Bergman model improved by considering effect body-weight on glucose-insulin phenomenon new functions identified based real data. Then, for body-weight-dependent model, polytopic-LPV obtained. Simulations show advantages developed robustness dealing with effects patients different weights avoiding hypoglycemia hyperglycemia disorders.

Robust Adaptive Neural Control of the Blood Glucose for Type 1 Diabetic Patients in Presence of Meals
In this paper, the blood glucose control for type 1 diabetic patients in the presence of model uncertainties and uncertain meals is considered. In order to present an efficient control approach, it is assumed that the dynamics describe the mechanism of the blood glucose regulation in type 1 diabetic patients are completely unknown. Hence, based on the universal approximation property of the rad...

In this paper, chaotic dynamic and nonlinear control in a glucose-insulin system in types I diabetic patients and a healthy person have been investigated. Chaotic analysis methods of the blood glucose system include Lyapunov exponent and power spectral density based on the time series derived from the clinical data. Wolf's algorithm is used to calculate the Lyapunov exponent, which positive val...
متن کاملLPV Modeling of Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus
The paper investigates the possibility of modeling the highly nonlinear and very complex Sorensen model, [1], of Type 1 diabetic patients using the polytopic LPV modeling possibility. It is illustrated that the LPV model is working correctly only in the considered polytope region, but inside it is approximating well the nonlinear model.
متن کاملControl of blood glucose in type 2 diabetes without weight loss by modification of diet composition
BACKGROUND Over the past several years our research group has taken a systematic, comprehensive approach to determining the effects on body function (hormonal and non-hormonal) of varying the amounts and types of proteins, carbohydrates and fats in the diet. We have been particularly interested in the dietary management of type 2 diabetes. Our objective has been to develop a diet for people wit...
